If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping within Canada is free, a $5 shipping fee will be added to deliveries in the United States. At this time we are not able to ship outside of Canada and the U.S.
